Fattigmandssølv Bæger [H16cm]

Smukt antikt bæger i fattigmandssølv og med et fint malet motiv. I bunden er hullet, hvor kviksølvet blev hældt i. Ofte er hullerne lukket med en forsegling. En meget smuk stage med patina.
Fattigmandssølvet blev lavet i det 19. århundrede som en erstatning til folket, istedet for det rigtige sølv, der var meget dyrere. Ofte blev det brugt som bryllupsgaver.

/Beautiful antique goblet in the poor man's silver, with a fine painted motif. In the bottom is the hole in which the mercury was poured in. Often the holes are sealed with a seal. A very beautiful candlestick with patina. The Poor man's silver was made in the 19th century as a substitute for the people, instead of the real silver, that was very expensive. Often it was used as wedding gifts.
